Sulle ali dell’entusiasmo, dopo la vittoria di Lorenzo Nespoli al Palio del Recioto, si torna a correre domani nelle gare che tradizionalmente si tengono il 25 aprile.
Si parte dal GP della Liberazione di Roma, gara vinta negli ultimi anni da Seid Lizde, Michele Gazzoli e Alessandro Romele. Una gara nervosa nel centro di Roma, sul circuito delle Terme di Caracalla. La prova è stata confermata e non dovrebbero esserci problemi di gestione anche se Roma in questi giorni è stata invasa dai fedeli giunti per onorare Papa Francesco.
Sempre domani si gareggia a Nerviano, in Brianza, in una prova dedicata alle ruote veloci.
Da domani si corre anche in Bretagna, Francia, per una corsa a tappe di 7 giorni: il Tour de Bretagne.

«Arriviamo con il morale alto – spiegano i tecnici Valoti, Dileo e Martinelli – perché il successo del Recioto ci ha portato grande gioia. Sapevamo di aver lavorato tanto, ed alla fine il risultato ha pagato. Ora ripartiamo con nuove ambizioni e con altri corridori che vogliono mettersi in evidenza. Al Liberazione abbiamo una bella tradizione, così come a Nerviano. Il Bretagna è invece una prova molto impegnativa, con tappe che arrivano a toccare anche i 200 km. Un ottimo banco di prova».

Riding the wave of enthusiasm after Lorenzo Nespoli’s victory at the Palio del Recioto, racing resumes tomorrow with the traditional events held on April 25.
It all kicks off with the GP della Liberazione in Rome, a race won in recent years by Seid Lizde, Michele Gazzoli, and Alessandro Romele. It’s a tense and lively race in the heart of Rome, on the Terme di Caracalla circuit. The event has been confirmed and there shouldn’t be any organizational issues, even though Rome has been packed with pilgrims in recent days to pay tribute to Pope Francis.
Also taking place tomorrow is the race in Nerviano, in Brianza, a competition suited for the fast wheels.
Racing also begins tomorrow in Brittany, France, with a seven-day stage race: the Tour de Bretagne.

“We’re coming in with high morale,” said coaches Valoti, Dileo, and Martinelli, “because the victory at the Recioto brought us great joy. We knew we had worked hard, and in the end, the result rewarded us. Now we start again with new ambitions and other riders eager to shine. We have a strong tradition at the Liberazione, as well as in Nerviano. The Bretagne is a very demanding test, with stages reaching up to 200 km. It’s an excellent proving ground.”
